This place suits me perfectly, providing 24-hour reception, a beautiful spa & wellness centre, and beach access. During my first stay, the staff helped me with printing documents, which I clearly remember. Abdullah and the guest relations team are wonderful. Highly recommend reserving a sunbed early by the pool! I'm coming back for Christmas.

The family room with sea view was spacious, but one of the rooms was completely dark with no windows at all. This was fine for my husband who needs darkness to sleep, but I wouldn't be happy if I had kids in that room. The cleanliness was okay, but the cleaning staff kept coming at odd times. We had a mini-bar that was stocked daily with water, which was nice, but the initial juice treat in the fridge didn't happen again. Just be cautious about what room they'll actually give you.

Modern and clean facilities, variety in beach and water sports activities, relaxing SPA services
The hotel's location is quite isolated, with almost no options for evening walks!!! A serious upgrade is needed for childcare services, which felt insufficient during my stay!!! The pool temperature was often uninviting!!!

Amazing family vibes!
We had such a fun time! The staff were super friendly, and the lounge was perfect for evening hangouts with a glass of wine. Food was tasty with loads of options. I just wish the lunch hours were a bit longer, but the snack bar had some great choices anyway. The beach was such a hit with the kids, too!

Vibrant, Vibrant, Vibrant
From the moment I arrived, I was swept away by the vibrant beach parties and the array of unique activities like foam parties and live shows that kept the energy high every night! 🌊 The themed culinary experiences, especially Turkish night, tantalized my taste buds with delicious local flavors that I can't stop daydreaming about. 🥘 And let me tell you, starting each morning with a refreshing drink of sparkling water just made my day that much brighter!

The hotel features cozy spaces like terraces and lounges, making it a delight for relaxation. The areas are clean and well-maintained, and I found it easy to navigate the hotel with accessibility options that cater to seniors.
Longer lunch hours would enhance the dining experience.
